Recent Reads Worth Mentioning
Four months into the year and forty books down, I am not quite sure I can keep up this pace! No better time than now to pause and update you on a few books I’ve loved.
We All Want Impossible Things - Catherine Newman
Friendship. Grief. Humor. This book hit all of those notes so well. At well under 300 pages, this is a fast read that will make you laugh, cry, and be grateful for the friends in your life.
This Book Made Me Think Of You - Libby Page
I started this on audio and knew I would love it so much that listening to it would be a disservice. I waited for my library copy to arrive so I could dig in. I read this in a day and a half on the beach in Aruba, and then my Mom did the same.
My Dear You - Rachel Khong
Real Americans is one of my favorite books, so imagine my excitement when this author published a book of short stories. Even better - I found a copy of it in a Little Free Library just days after its release.
